I got hurt badly while skiing, and when they told me that the ambulance was going to take me to Saint jerome hospital, I must say i was worried since i don't speak French. From the minute I got there, everyone was very nice and accommodating, trying to make me feel at ease and going out of their way to take care of me and answer any questions I had even if their English wasn't great. I want to thank everyone at Saint-Jrme hospital for their help during my visit and professionalism.
They were amazing.. professional, kind, attentive.. friends have been giving me negative advice but it was truly NOT MY EXPERIENCE..from the emergency doctor and staff to the nurses who worked the day/night shifts... 5 stars in MY BOOK.. thank u for BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU...louise
Service is ok. Sometimes the wait is long
My 8 year old had an accident and he required stitches. They said he couldn't wait till tomorrow to get the stitches. He has been waiting 9 hours and there are still 8 cases ahead of us. What kind of system are you running there?! Unacceptable to have a scared 8 year old waiting for so long.
I hope you are prepared to wait 24 hours just to get brushed off. Because that's the experience you'll get.
