Bought a watch brand new there and decided to bring another one to change the battery and replace a marker. When I got back the watch, the stopwatch wouldn't reset to 0. Brought it back, they fixed it, but left a hair in the watch. Brought it back and I was treated like I was the one who put the damn hair in there. They finally removed the hair after being rude and insulting to me, now the hour marker of the stopwatch won't work. I won't go there anymore neither to get it fixed again, they would create another problem.
Trs bonne service, il sont trs grand et belle atteliez dans la magasin alors toute les rparations sont fait l bas. Je suis trs satisfait. Je vous recommend de aller, sont des vrais bijoutier pas comme les autres qui envoi au Montreal.

Ma maman qui est vielle, y a fait "rparer" une petite horloge mural avec balancier . . .Ils ont retir le mcanisme d'origine et l'ont remplacer par un mcanisme batterie...Une vrai job de marde..pis a marche mme pas bien. Si faire un travail de qualit vous est impossible...Dite au client que vous ne pouvez pas le faire c'est juste honnte....L a donne une toile ...mais zro toile serait parfait.
