Rooms were ok and recently renovated. Only one staff member during check-in which slowed things down. More staff during busy times would be great.
Stayed for a week on business. Friendly, courteous bilingual staff. Free breakfast and 15% off one dinner is a plus. Very clean interior of this establishment. Would recommend and would most certainly return if the opportunity presented itself
Have been coming to this hotel for a couple of years now and it has always been great. Service is top notch! They are in the process of renovation and you can experience a newly redone room. WiFi still needs improvement.
My husband and I Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very curtious and professional. They spoke to us in English as we cannot speak French. The Hotel restaurant & bar were exceptional and the food was so delicious. If we had more time we would have booked a few more nights. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is good value for money and located not far from the centre a short car journey will get you there. The hotel it self is close to highway 15 but once inside you don't hear any noise. The hotel seems o be in the process of renovation some of the rooms are dated as is some of the furniture but the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms have been renovated and are clean fresh and modern. The hotel is not expensive to eat at and I very much recommend the hotel restaurant especially for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. I will be staying at this hotel again :-)
