quality stool, great warranty, made in canada, excellent selections of metals, fabrics and woods.
Very decent quality and pathetic customer service.The dresser came in with drawers, colored in 2 different shades of grey.After 5 weeks of active "moaning" , finally, all right parts were supplied and installed by the store rep.I wish, Trica had a quality control. Their products aren't cheap. Everything is well maid. Design is pretty. It's just explainable, why would this manufacturer ruin everything by such an easily-avoidable faults....
My consumer order for Trica bar stools has been delayed again. Trying to get answers from the store I purchased the Trica stools has been futile since Trice continues to make promised delivery dates and miss them. My call direct to Trica customer service has left me even more disappointed as I was told "...don't worry...", even though no ship date would be confirmed. Trica has committed and missed their commitment twice already. I still have no idea when my stools will be shipped. I've now had to have 2 events at my house without the bar stools I ordered and paid for many weeks ago. Maybe someday Trica will manufacture the stools I ordered and actually ship them. Please think twice when ordering Trica products as my experience would indicate you will be disappointed.
stools are fine ... customer service doesn't care ...the service ends once you pay this company for their productsBEWARE ... you'll be frustrated and annoyed down the road if you need them for anything .... !!!!!!!!!
