I had a riobel floor mount tub faucet that started to leak after 5 years. contacted riobel and they had me send it back for inspection. Sent me back a new one no charge, no questions asked. So impressed with this company. You don't see that much anymore. My hats off to you Riobel. Will never buy another brand again. They were pleasant on the phone and kept me updated all the way through. I have never had such a good experience with a company. I'm not one to post comments and this is actually my first but I had to after dealing with them.
How come that a company like yours offers no toll free number to contact you?Your site is not friendly user and all I want is to download the installation kit for a a shore kit that I bought for my bathroom. The Kit number is 1345C and I need the instruction on a pdf so that I can print them.What is important tis the service that you need to offer to your clients after selling your products if you want them to come back...
